Department Vision:

Provide quality curbside removal service of refuse, recycling and yard waste with emphasis on recycling by using a Pay-As-You-Throw program.

Department Mission Statement:

The mission of the Refuse and Recycling Program is to provide the residents and property owners of the Town of Middletown a fair and equitable way for curbside disposal of household trash, recycling and yard waste.
The Refuse and Recycling Program serves as an informational office for residents and business owners regarding State recycling and disposal guidelines and methods.
The Refuse and Recycling Program works directly with the Department of Public Works and Town Administrator to address short-term and long-term waste disposal issues.Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
